I had a great experience during my stay, and I'm eager to return in December 2025 with my boys. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were comfortable. The amenities were impressive and well-maintained. In contrast, my experience at another hotel was disappointing, with poor customer service and unclean rooms. So, I would recommend this hotel for a memorable family stay but caution against certain other properties that don't meet expectations.
I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. While the location is convenient, the booking mix-up upon arrival and dirty sheets left much to be desired. The room felt incredibly outdated, and the food ordering system was unnecessarily complicated. On the bright side, the staff was somewhat helpful during check-in, but overall, I would suggest looking for other options nearby.
My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although the staff attempted to assist me, their lack of professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The rooms were outdated and unclean, which made my time there uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience, as there are definitely better options available nearby.
